Repair or replace the glass?
The decision depends on the damage. If there are smaller damages to the glass (up to the size of a 2 euro coin), or scratches, we repair the glass. For damages larger than a 2 euro coin or damage to the side and back glass, it is necessary to replace the glass.
Which vehicle can I bring?
We deal with the installation and repair of all types of glass, from personal vehicles, freight vehicles, and buses to work machines.
How long will I be without a vehicle?
We will agree upon the time of repair or replacement when you place your reservation. Usually the work takes one to two hours depending if its repair or glass replacement.
Do I get a guarantee on a repaired or new car glass?

What will happen with the vignette on a damaged windscreen?
When changing your windscreen we transfer the existing vignette from your damaged glass to the new one.
Do I have to go to an Insurance company?
We provide official evaluations for insurance companies, so at least them you do not have to visit. We will arrange all the necessary documentation at our service centre. You only forward us your insurance policy, certificate of registration and driving licence, leasing contract, if the car is on lease, stamp, if the indemnified party is a legal entity, and sign a special statement, we take care of everything else. We cooperate with the largest Slovenian insurance companies.

I have an older vehicle model – how do I get the glass?
We have in our stock car glass for older models of Opel, VW, Ford, Mazda, Audi, Fiat, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Alfa, Seat, Suzuki, Škoda, Nissan, Ducato, and Honda. These are available at sales prices.
Why should I repair a glass with smaller damage?
According to the Road Traffic Act, all vehicles must have impeccable glass. This is why it is necessary to repair even the smaller damages.
Which documents should I submit for a damage evaluation?
We perform evaluations for the largest Slovenian insurance agencies. On your visit you present us with your insurance policy, certificate of registration and driving licence, leasing contract, if the car is on lease, stamp, if the indemnified party is a legal entity, and sign a special statement, we take care of everything else.
